Melody has 13 years of experience in IT, focusing the last seven in ecommerce. During this tenure, she consulted with more than 500 organizations to assist with increasing their site usability, merchandising, conversion, and order size. She has a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership, BSIT with a minor in DBA, and MBA.

Andreas has been working in the telecom and ecommerce businesses since 1995, where he's gained expertise in building up successful businesses in different domains. From 2004-2008 he worked for Celebros in Germany, leading the company to become one of the top two suppliers of site search solutions for ecommerce shops.

Mike has over 25 years experience in helping UK businesses get the most from their technology investments, including 12 years as founder and CEO of software house Perceptive Technology plc. Before joining Treepodia he worked as a user-experience consultant for online retailers, which is actually how he discovered the Treepodia offering!

With more than 10 years of experience in the service and content departments of large companies and organizations, including the banking and telecom industries, Matan brings his cross-sector skills and abilities to Treepodia where he leads the Video Content department. Matan has a B.Sc. in Computer and Electronic Engineering.

Tamir has many years of experience in the domains of operations management, project management and process engineering. Prior to joining Treepodia he served as the Operation Lead of the West Europe Service Division at Comverse. Tamir holds a B.Sc. and an M.E. in Industrial Engineering.

Adam has many years of experience in the domains of web development and software engineering, as well as a B.Sc. in Computer Science. As a former co-founder of a small retail store chain he brings to his role at Treepodia his vast knowledge of both retailing and customer service.
